Terms and Conditions
1. Right of admission reserved2. Minimum stay of 2 nights
3. All payments must be cleared in the nominated account prior to arrival of any guest and all purchases at the lodge must be paid prior to check out of any guest.
4. All units are non-Smoking and Smoking will be permitted at designated smoking areas, failure to adhere to this will result in fines
5. No glassware allowed at the swimming pool.
6. No person under the ages of 12 will be allowed to utilize the swimming pool facilities without adult supervision, there are no life guards and swimming will be at your own risk.
7. No jumping or splashing at the swimming pool "area"
8. Drone flying is strictly prohibited at the premises as this is a protected wildlife area.
9. No littering on the premises, any person found littering will result in fines.
10. As this is a game reserve no loud music or noise is allowed.
11. Lords and Ladies Bush Lodge has no control over loud music / sounds from other lodges or neighbouring communities and no refunds will be considered due to this.
12. Lords and Ladies have no control over criminal activities and will not be held responsible for any criminal offences.
13. No children under 16 years allowed unless pre-arranged with the owners.
14. Unfortunately our lodge is not suitable for - Physically disabled and /or Person with a mobility or physical disability
15. Guests are limited to the number of beds in the room / camp. Should you arrive with more people than originally arranged you will be shown away and no refund will be considered. This includes babies and minors. The total amount of Guest must be confirmed at the booking stage should any guest fail to comply with these terms your stay at our premises will be revoked and there will be no refund.
16. The units are fully furnished; therefor please do not remove any property of the Lodge
17. Guests must be aware that there are many gravel roads and Lords and Ladies Bush Lodge cannot be held liable for any damage caused to your vehicle or possession. Lords and Ladies will take no responsibility for your vehicle as the premises has gravel roads
18. Late check ins must be arranged prior to check in.
19. You will not be permitted to drive on any unmarked roads while staying at Lords and Ladies Bush Lodge as these are private properties.20. Do not get out of your vehicle in the reserve.
21. Speed limit of 30 kmh in the reserve must be adhered to.
22. Conservation fee and Self-drive routes permits must be paid to Dinokeng Game reserve at access gates, pay points or online through their website. The fees at Lords and Ladies Bush Lodge does not include any fees payable to Dinokeng Game reserve.
23. Cancellation policy:
- Any cancellation is required to be submitted to Lords and Ladies Bush Lodge in writing.
- If cancellation is received at least 2 months before the scheduled check-in date the guest will received a full refund
- If cancellation is received between 1 and 2 months before the scheduled check-in date then the guest will be entitled to a 50% refund.
- If cancellation is received 1 month or less before scheduled check-in date the guest will not be entitled to any refund.
24. Disclaimer:
Lords and Lady’s Bush Lodge acknowledges the inherent risk associated with camping, outdoor activities and associated with big 5 and bush animals. By engaging in our services and using our facilities, you as the client accept and assume all risk involved. These risks may include but not limited to
1) Injury from terrain, weather conditions, wildlife and insects or other environmental hazards
2) Accidents during recreational activities
3) Acts of nature include but not limited to storms, floods, fire, wind.
4) Interaction with other participants

Lords and Lady’s and its affiliates, owners, managers, employees and representatives are not liable for any injury, death, or damage sustained during your stay at our facility. On entering the premises of Lords and Lady’s Bush Lodge you as the client (and including all other guests in your party) agree that you have read and understand the terms here in to indemnify and hold Lords and Lady’s Bush Lodge harmless from any claim, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of their stay at our facility.
